COVID-19 Safety Protocols

In these confusing times it can feel overwhelming to access the care you need in a way that feels safe to you. At Helix Pelvic Health we have implemented the following safety measures:

ASHLEY IS FULLY VACCINATED

  • A virtual Evaluation and Treatment option is now available.

  • Doorknobs and waiting area chairs will be wiped down throughout the business day.

  • Treatment areas will be disinfected with medical grade cleaner between patients. This includes—but is not limited to—stools, chairs, treatment table and rehab equipment.

  • All unvaccinated persons entering the building are required to wear a mask.

  • Vaccinated persons are welcome to continue to wear a mask if this feels more comfortable.

  • Ashley plans to wear a mask for all sessions unless the client is vaccinated and there is mutual comfort with going unmasked for the visit.

  • All patients will be expected to answer a standard list of COVID-19 exposure questions prior to each appointment.
